Three separate classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Gentle Exercise for all abilities. Increase strength, flexibility and fitness. Improve balance, concentration and memory. Stimulate digestion and improve sleep.
Meet new people and have a laugh.
$10 for term 2 per person
