What is the plan about?

The Draft Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2026–2030 sets out how the City plans to improve inclusion and accessibility for people withdisability, their families and carers over the next four years.

The Plan focuses on reducing barriers, improving access to services and facilities, promoting positive attitudes, and supporting participation in community life.

It also recognises that creating an inclusive community benefit everyone — including older people, families,carers, visitors and people with temporary or changing needs.

The Plan has been informed by legislation,best practice and early community input — and now we’re seeking feedback before it’s finalised.
