New Grabrails systems for bathrooms

We are using a new product for grab rails. This is an alternative to 32mm modular stainless steel rail materials of the past for many locations. It’s the new 32mm powder coated aluminium rails made by Canterbury Concepts.

Canterbury Concepts rails are manufactured from 32mm aluminium for strength and durability and include a ribbed design to prevent twisting of the rail in the user’s hand. The rails are powder coated with finishes to maximise grip in wet or dry conditions and optimise safety, available in several colours.

There is a wide range of components made from fibreglass reinforced nylon, including a selection of bases, elbows, brackets and fixings to create any rail configuration.

Note – when cleaning the Canterbury Concepts rails, the use of products such as abrasive cleaning detergents, sponges or cloths, turpentine, white spirits, thinner, bleach or other aggressive solvents on powder coating may wear away the finish and should be avoided, the damage may not be visible immediately and may take up to twelve months to appear.
